Poorly water soluble R&D candidates (Class II) may sometimes be abandoned due to their inadequate absorption. Physica offers a proprietary technology to improve drug behaviour and thus provide options in pipeline maintenance.

Biodis Technology is based on the application of novel amphiphilic reactive lipids. For Class II drugs, the technology can be used to form (or pre-form) a finely dispersed system in the biological fluids. This system maintains the drug in a dissolved state and facilitates its absorption through epithelium cells.
